2. Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of https://vorapadel.com and the purchase of products through the website.

By browsing the website and/or placing an order, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and availability

VORA sells padel rackets, sports accessories and other products related to its business.

All products shown on the website are subject to stock availability.

VORA makes every effort to ensure that product information, descriptions, images and prices on the website are accurate and up to date. Nevertheless, occasional errors, technical mistakes or subsequent unavailability may occur.

4. Prices

All prices include VAT at the applicable statutory rate, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown before the order is completed.

VORA reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed and paid for.

5. Orders

After placing an order, the customer will receive confirmation by email.

An order is only considered finally accepted once payment is confirmed and product availability has been verified.

VORA reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of a technical error, an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or other exceptional circumstances beyond its control. In these cases, any amounts paid will be refunded.

6. Payments

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Multibanco
• MB Way
• Debit/credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
• Other payment methods available at checkout

Available payment methods may vary according to the delivery country, order value or technical and operational limitations and will be shown to the customer at checkout.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

VORA ships to mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira, Spain and the other European Union countries, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Any geographical restrictions or delivery limitations will be shown at the start of the ordering process and/or at checkout.

The delivery times below are estimates only, are measured in business days and start once payment is confirmed:

• Mainland Portugal: 3 to 5 business days
• Azores and Madeira: 5 to 10 business days
• Spain: 3 to 7 business days
• Rest of the European Union: 5 to 12 business days

Delivery times may vary during promotional periods, temporary stock shortages, carrier delays, adverse weather, logistical constraints, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond VORA’s control.

If exceptional circumstances prevent us from meeting the estimated delivery time, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.

If the product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, VORA will inform the customer and refund the amounts paid or, with the customer’s agreement, propose an alternative solution.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

For distance contracts, consumers generally have the right to withdraw within 14 consecutive days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, under the applicable legal provisions.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify VORA of their decision through an unequivocal statement sent to cpsportsolutions@gmail.com. The withdrawal form provided by VORA may be used for this purpose, but its use is not mandatory.

After receiving notice of the intention to withdraw, VORA will inform the customer of the applicable return procedure.

Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the product.

This section does not affect consumers’ statutory rights in the event of a faulty, damaged or non-conforming product.

9. Statutory guarantee and lack of conformity

Products sold by VORA benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for under applicable law.

If a product lacks conformity, the consumer may exercise their legal rights, including repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract, as applicable.

10. Alternative consumer dispute resolution (ADR)

In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body (ADR).

Without prejudice to recourse to the ADR body with territorial jurisdiction, VORA identifies the following reference body on geographical grounds:

11. Complaints Book

12. Liability

VORA is not liable for damage resulting from improper or incorrect use, or use that does not comply with the instructions for the products sold.

VORA is also not liable for delays or failures resulting from force majeure, third-party acts or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights recognised by applicable law.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

VORA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website.

Changes will not apply retrospectively to orders already completed.

14. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

In the event of a dispute, and without prejudice to consumers’ statutory rights or the possibility of recourse to ADR bodies, current Portuguese law will apply.
