At VORA, we believe in the quality of our products and want you to have complete confidence in your purchase.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a simple, transparent returns policy.
Return period
VORA offers a commercial returns policy of up to 30 days after receiving your order. This additional policy does not limit consumers’ statutory rights. For distance purchases, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, under applicable law.
Return conditions
For returns under VORA’s additional commercial policy, and without prejudice to consumers’ statutory rights, the product must:
- Be free of signs of use
- Be in perfect condition
- Include the original packaging
- Contain all included accessories
📌 These conditions apply to VORA’s additional commercial policy. During the statutory withdrawal period, consumers may inspect the product with due care and may be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what would normally be permitted in a shop.
Products not eligible for return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products showing signs of improper use
- Products damaged through misuse
- Personalised items (where applicable)

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the product:

Exchanges
If you received a product that is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
We guarantee a replacement at no additional cost.
